		<description>How I wish the educational system was like that when I was still at school.  It could have influenced my business career a lot more.  You&#039;re right, that&#039;s probably why there are students who are not good in school but are good at work and in business, they tackle subjects and system that they do not have the drive for.

Too many times politicans are making decisions about our classrooms when they have no clue what is really going on in the classroom. I loved to invite politicians in for a day and have them teach a lesson to my classrooms. I&#039;m proud to say that it has changed some views and even affected some legislation. Thanks for sharing.</description>

Those are really good 5 changes we need. Especially like &quot;Avoid ‘Ivory tower’ type decision-making&quot; - some times decisions should be made bottom-up, but people at the bottom sometimes feel too insignificant or maybe too narrow-focused to implement the change.</description>
