I have been blogging etc for a while, but lately I have noticed myself, feeling 'bogged down' and less enthusiastic about this form of networking for my staff- I have also noticed a steady decline in their interest. We needed something more immediate and 'friendly'. I'll try a 'Ning' and see where we go...it might be just the 'thing' we need! Thanks for the idea...!
